Welcome to Targettly AI ("Targettly," "we," "us," or "our"). As the founder of Targettly AI, I am committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.   • Content You Generate: We collect the content you create, upload, or receive from others using our Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Text generated through our AI Writer.
    • Images and videos created with our AI Image and Video Generators.
    • Voice recordings and cloned voices from our AI Voiceover and Voice Clone features.
    • Documents you upload for analysis, such as PDFs, CSVs, and DOCs.
    • Information about your brand and products for the BrandVoice feature.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
  • Custom Prompts and Templates: We store the custom prompts and templates you create for your personal use.

  • Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to connect third-party services to your Targettly AI account, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), HubSpot, or Mailchimp, we will receive information from those services as authorized by you.
  • Social Media: If you interact with us on social media, we may collect information about you from that interaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain Our Services: We use your information to deliver our Services, including to process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, and provide customer support.

  • Third-Party Integrations: When you connect a third-party service to your Targettly AI account, you are directing us to share your information with that third party. We are not responsible for how those third parties collect, use, and share your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to your account.

However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
